Select a book from our library and relax in our outdoor infrared sauna.  We have a very private outdoor contemplation area where you can read or meditate or just be at one.  

Combination Therapies offered in half and all-day Retreats

We specialise in half-day or all-day retreat packages where you can relax, energise, clear your mind and let your body experience the benefits of detox and healing, in your very own totally private indoor and outdoor area.

You may be interested in coming to experience Reiki, ear candling and infrared sauna. Or your choice could be Massage, detox foot spa and Bars Access bodywork. Sometimes you just need the opportunity to meditate for a time and then enjoy an essential oils application; whatever you think you need, we can make your experience a special one.

Light meals and refreshments are just a part of your half, or all day packages. At Soul Serenity Urban Retreat, we offer you the perfect setting with the perfect therapies.
